We are a detail-oriented and family owned Construction company founded in 1972 by my grandfather Bob Pettit. We started in carpentry, and evolved into a full general contractor. When my father, Rob Pettit, took over the company in the late 90's, we had built a reputation as one of central Ohio's highest quality home builders. Creating custom masterpieces such as curved stairways, arched doors, and fine trim work. Today, we offer an array of services, such as full custom homes, remodels, commercial construction, and even a branch dedicated to home exteriors, Roofs, Siding, Gutters, Concrete, and more!
